Solid pan, worth the wait

I ordered the 12 inch non-stick frying pan after seeing it recommended online. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It arrived well-packaged, no damage at all. Shipping took about 6 days, which was fine. The pan itself lives up to the hype; it truly is non-stick, and I've cooked eggs and stir-fries without anything sticking, even with minimal oil. It heats evenly and cleans up easily, though I hand-wash it to be safe, even if they say it's dishwasher-safe. I had a quick question about seasoning and their customer service responded within a day. My only minor quibble is the handle could be a touch more ergonomic, but it's not uncomfortable.

Good skillet, decent value

I was really looking for a good deal on a new non-stick pan and found Rad USA. I ended up getting the 12 inch skillet. Shipping took about a week to get to me in Oregon, which was a little longer than I hoped. But the pan itself is solid, cooks well, and it truly is non-stick. I signed up for their newsletter and got a pretty good discount on my first order. Felt like I got a good value for what I paid, even with the wait.

New pan is pretty sweet

Got myself a new Rad Skillet, the 10 inch one. It's really good, nothing sticks to it. Made some pancakes this morning, slid right off. The pan feels sturdy. It took a few days to get here, no biggie. I just wish the packaging was a little less bulky.

Great value on the bundle

I was looking for new toxin-free cookware and found Rad USA. I decided to go with one of their cookware bundles because it offered the best savings. Getting a few pans together at a discount made the overall purchase feel much more reasonable than buying individually. The free shipping was also a nice bonus, saving me a few extra bucks. The pans themselves are really good quality for what I paid. They feel durable and the non-stick works as advertised. The only thing is I wish the bundle included a larger variety of pan sizes, but for the price, it was a solid deal.

Good skillet, delivery could improve

I bought the 10 inch Rad Skillet and it's been pretty good so far. The non-stick works well, and it feels sturdy, like it will last. It's induction compatible which is a plus for my stove. Shipping took about a week to get to me, which felt a bit slow compared to some other online stores. Overall, I'm satisfied with the pan for the price.

Pan works well

Bought the 10 inch Rad Skillet. It arrived quickly. Food doesn't stick. Easy to clean. Happy with the purchase. The handle felt a little light, but it's fine.

Nice pan, cooked great

So I needed a new pan and my friend kept talking about Rad USA. I got one of their non-stick frying pans, the 10 inch one. It cooked eggs really well, didn't stick at all which is a huge plus for me. The packaging was a bit much, but whatever. It's oven safe too, which is super handy. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a solid non-stick that actually works. It's been pretty good so far.

Consistently good quality

This was my third purchase from Rad USA; I initially bought a 10 inch skillet, then a non-stick pan set, and this time I added a glass lid and some pan protectors. They've been consistently reliable. The quality of their non-stick coating holds up really well over time, unlike cheaper pans I've used before. Every order has been accurate, and the products arrive in good condition. Shipping times are pretty standard, not super fast but never excessively long. Their PFOA-free claim seems legitimate, and I appreciate that. I just wish they offered a wider variety of colors sometimes, but that's a minor aesthetic point.
